The Faith in Life class began “The Holiness of God” study on Sept. 7. This study by R.C. Sproul examines the meaning of holiness and why people are both fascinated and terrified by a holy God. It closely explores God’s character, leading to new insights on sin, justice, and grace. The result is a new awareness of our dependence upon God’s mercy and a discovery of the awesomeness of His majestic holiness. Dr. Sproul says, “It affects every aspect of our lives—economics, politics, athletics, romance—everything with which we are involved.”
The study consists of six 30-minute messages. We will watch a message one week then discuss it in depth the following week. Though the messages are related, each session also stands alone, so please join us even if you will not be able to attend every class. We meet 10:00-10:45 Sunday mornings in the McDonald Conference Room.
